    Janice is an accredited and accomplished organisational change project manager and transformational leader who is passionate about helping organisations achieve successful project delivery that creates business value. Janice has significant leadership and commercial management expertise.

    Over the course of her career, Janice’s remit has extended across strategic and operational human resources (including OHS), brand and marketing activities including new product development, digital, e-commerce, sales, communications, public relations, customer experience, operations, branding architecture and event management across numerous industry sectors. She has been instrumental in developing commercial strategies that have driven measurable results.

    It’s this commercial acumen, combined with her leadership development skills, that enable Janice to offer a balanced approach to achieving corporate and human resource goals.

    What sets Janice apart is her remarkable commercial insight, harmoniously combined with her proficiency in leadership development. This dual expertise enables her to strike a perfect balance in a having both corporate objectives and human resource goals. Her curiosity about the emotional drivers behind people and performance has recently culminated in obtaining post graduate studies in Neuroscience and Leadership. This qualification has enhanced her ability to integrate neuroscience principles into organisational leadership and development, further enriching her approach.

    With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Janice has made significant contributions to small, medium and large enterprises on a global scale. She has been a key figure in formulating and executing relevant commercial and people strategies that yield results.

    Janice brings experience in shaping organisations and teams to meet strategic business objectives and has built a reputation for more than 16 years for creating teams and establishing environments that make strategic goals a reality. Janice leverages her comprehensive educational background and qualifications in business, psychology, training and development, human resources and law, and more recently neuroscience and leadership.

    As a Non-Executive Director for two Boards and a certified Human Resource Practitioner through the National Certification Council, she prides herself on taking a holistic approach to balance the needs of the business and individuals to foster peak performance.

    Janice, with her team, is well equipped with proven strategies and techniques that deliver meaningful outcomes and support the development of senior leaders and their teams.
